1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using XALIO (www.xalio.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our tools and services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the interactive calculators, tools, and text utilities on XALIO's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify, copy, or redistribute the proprietary tool layouts;

• Use the tools for any unauthorized commercial bulk processing;

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the underlying software;

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from our materials.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by XALIO at any time.

3. Indemnification & Disclaimers

The calculators and tools on XALIO's website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. XALIO makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Further, XALIO does not warrant or make any representations concerning the mathematical absolute precision, likely results, or reliability of the calculations generated by our tools. All outputs are estimates and should be verified independently.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall XALIO or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, lost trading capital, incorrect physical measurements, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on XALIO's website, even if XALIO has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Site Materials

The tools and articles appearing on XALIO's website may include technical, typographical, or mathematical errors. XALIO does not guarantee that any materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. XALIO may make updates to its tools at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to XALIO's website shall be governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
